Go at the WordPress dashboard, then find the Victim Template menu. Here you can added template for header, footer and preloader template.

And see the interface when you want to create a template for header, footer or preloader. See the editor interface –

From the template option, you need to choose where you want to add this template. then it will available at settings area to choose this template. And then select page template Elementor canvas we recommended. After complete then click at the button Edit with Elementor. After that elementor editor open. you can build your own header footer form here.

Also, you can be added some premade blocks which is made by elementor team. from elementor template library like –
