How to receive support

  1. Please register on the website.
  2. Once registered then login here.
  3. Submit a new ticket.
  4. Describe the issue and if necessary include a link or some images which may help us identify the cause.

Note: If you share your personal information on the ticket, please make the ticket private (ex. server username and password).

  • The login credentials that are given to us are protected by our privacy policy. We will not save them, and we will use them only for fixing, debugging or solving the problem you report to us.
